• Device-Local Data: All your tasks, habit logs, medication names, and hydration levels are stored securely in a local SQLite database on your device. This data is never uploaded to our servers unless you manually initiate a backup.
• Technical Log Data: We may collect diagnostic information such as crash reports and performance metrics (e.g., app load times) to improve reliability. This data is anonymized and does not contain personal health information.
• Metadata: Information about your device type, OS version, and language settings to ensure the app functions correctly across different hardware.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our mobile application does not use cookies for tracking purposes. However, if you visit our landing page or use the optional cloud-sync feature, minimal essential cookies may be used to maintain your session and security. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. Data Protection & Encryption

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information. Your local data is protected by the Android sandbox system, ensuring other apps cannot access your Remindo data. Cloud backups, if used, are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption during transit and at rest.

Regardless of your location, we honor the following data rights:

• Right to Object: You can object to the processing of your technical data for diagnostic purposes.
• Right to Data Portability: You can export all your app data into a machine-readable JSON format at any time via the Settings menu.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can revoke permissions (Location, Notifications) at any time through your device settings.

5. Children's Privacy Protection

Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

If you choose to use our optional cloud features, your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, or country where the data protection laws may differ.
